Evening everyone!! After a week of late shifts and overtime till 1am, overtime last night till 8:30 and overtime this morning, i am knackered!
I got home today and had a nice sleep on the sofa.... I'm not used to this working full time lark...
Hope everybody is well and diets going ok too...

Taz I have a vibro plate too. It works! I'm dead lazy though and the novelty has worn off.

ooh thats good to know! i've been stalled for months now weightloss wise, but i am reducing in size, getting into smaller clothes, and people keep commenting on my losses, even thought the scales say not....so i'm hoping that this will not only tone me up faster, it might also kick start some weight loss too.

dod the silly 'what time is it' thing this morning, doh! was really sore last night, so took a decent painkiller, had a great sleep for a change and woke up at 0.540, thought damm, now i will need to get up straight away, no time to have coffee and pc time before work....picked up my phone and found it was 04.40...ah bliss, now got time t0 chat!

I have one (it was £99 from next) and I used it religiously while on Exante and I think it really helped, should try and get back into it myself as I think it also helps with aches and pains somehow.

Glad you are getting things sorted now Steve is working, money pressures are not good xxx

day off for me today, lots to do though!
first thing is get the car taxed! my new car that is....bought it in july, just putting it on the road now, i've literally driven the other one off the road! lol. i was very sad last night, driving it for the last time (on the road anyway) but will get the new one tazified asap, then it will feel like mine.

well, that's the new car all legal, needs a few bits n bobs sorting out, needs tazifiying too....
thenvibro plate, it was an ebay purchase, it's a 'vibropwer' and no, doesn't take up much room at all, i have it in the dining room, been putting the tv on to watch the news whilst doing it, i'm sure i can feel it in my abs already! maybe imagination, maybe not.

You can feel it quite quickly I found, a good one for stopping your neck going nasty is just to lift your head back, not a long way, just so you can feel it, think that really helped me not to go saggy under my chin.

Di, things are finally going better for us in the finances dept, everything else was fine...but we have been pretty skint! its nice to have the house warm, fuel in the car and still a bit left over!
