hi girls,

i lost 5 lbs this week

but last night i fell off the wagon :cry:i had a hard week at work came home kids were playing up and i missed having my comfort nibble, so i did have some crisps and......a slice of pizza :cry::ashamed0005:

Biggest Loser - Ruth - 3.89% just .1% more than Clare who lost 3.88%

I have stayed the same :cry: I have horrendous water retention with the weather being so hot :cry:I wouldn't mind so much if I'd been naughty :break_diet:

i didnt manage to keep to ss this weekend but i didnt go to over board either, hopefully still have a lost, ive done ss today 100%

this weather also helps cause being fat is horrible butttt when im slim i'll love it i bought a tankini today and i WILL be wearing it on my holiday
