I'm fearing the worst for tomorrow:tear_drop: I've done nothing to pick all week, and what's made it worse is all the sweets got from trick and treating, I just couldn't help myself:break_diet:I had lots of nibbles left over too which I ate :break_diet: I feel really fat today:cry:
Well just ordered y shopping, got 4 tubs of quark coming because I am going to give the lasagne and pot, broccoli and cheese back from this months mag a go

I am joining my local class at 10am in the morning and I am looking forward to being back in control of my life and my weight. I will post my starting weight when I get home and adjust my ticker. I really don't know what I will weigh but whatever it is I will deal with it and do my best to chip away at it every week. Seeing as there will only be three weigh in's for me this month I will set my goal for nov as 10lb.
Well goodness I don't know what I am doing but on the 3 lb loss I reported in on earlier on... I have lost another 2lb so that is 5lb this week since last Monday... wow... still got another 2 days till proper weigh in..... I shouldn't speak to soon but so pleased :giggle:

Just got back from joining my local slimming class and I am really excited about starting on my journey. I have adjusted my ticker and have set my goal to 15stone for now. I will see how I feel when I eventually get there if that will be the right weight for me. I am going out for a meal tonight that has been planned for ages but I will just try and save a lot of my sins to allow for it. I really enjoy exercising which helps too!!! just had a bowl of fresh rasberries and strawberries with a shape yog poured over the top.......yum yum and I feel really full. Roll on next saturday. I am new to the whole team thing on here and wanted to know if we did a weekly slimmer of the week? I want to go right back to basics and try and cook from scratch where I can so any of your fav recipe ideas would be great.
