well done girls. STS for me. Not surprising really as I haven't really been following the plan 100% due to not feelng well, same with excersise :sigh:

Oh dear, sorry ladies, i put on 0.5 lbs, but it is my bloody 'star' week, so i am blaming that, and not the possible bad food i may have eaten and thought i could get away with :p
