Hi everyone, I've just joined the group. I had a baby last year, and lost almost a stone, but after I stopped bfeeding, and started eating lots of chocolate at the thought of handing over my baby to a childminder when I go back to work, I put on 5lbs. I'm finally back on track, and if I could even lost 4lbs this month, I will be thrilled to bits. Looking forward to getting to know you all
