Hiya, I weighed today and lost 6lbs from starting sw 2 weeks ago. I'm weighing every 2 weeks. Don't want to do it weekly as I think I'll get disheartened if I don't lose anything then ill be reaching for my chocolate stash which is collecting dust after not being touched for 2 weeks xx

well done that is brilliant!

I am due my official weigh in tomorrow - I think I might change to first thing in the morning weights - it will be more standardised and will mean I won't have gained quite so much ;)

Thanks Gemmy - I was a 4 1/2 lb gain over the last three weeks which is a bit of a shocker but has focused the mind a bit more I think.

I look delivery of a lot of white bread today. Not sure this is such a good idea putting so much temptation in my way when I am working on eating less but I suppose I can see the bigger picture. I have to say that I have got through more of it than I would like but less than I feared! Intending to do better tomorrow.

I have just done my first exercise DVD since early in lent - yay! think my fitness levels have slipped a bit now though - need to keep at it!

Took my eye off the ball this week and gained 2 lb. It doesn't matter how much you tell yourself that this way of eating is not a diet it is a lifestyle change you still have to stay motivated and keep doing it in order for it to work!
