I am a senior support worker for learning disabilities.....mainly autism.

I started off my butter intake at 10g, then increased it slowly to about 40g... I have stopped there as I get a bit of comeback from the butter. Only having one today as need to eat.

Am down 2lbs, which I am really pleased about as have eaten out quite a bit last week...... My fitness pal is a god send, husband is even logging his food too .

That sounds like a very rewarding job!

Ah, I'm using 50g, website said 100g so thought half way might work. Not sure whether to go lower......

Fantastic on the loss! I'm gonna get back to mfp, do find it keepsake on track, just being lazy!
 
OMG here I go again! I'm really quite hungry :-(

I don't think I've drank enough, though I have had almost 3l water plus 500ml in my bp coffee and a can of caffeine free coke.

Dinner I had 2 chicken breasts and 4 roasted baby peppers with a blob of mayo.

Think I'm going to have a mim, more coconut less flax and no sweetener, will use the last if the choc drops.

i need to keep the bp coffees up, they work wonders but I was starting to feel slightly regurgitated getting them down :(

Hello :) hope everything settles down for you!

I hear what you are saying about the bp coffee, I use a grande Starbucks mug which takes ages to drink, let's just say its less appealing when you finally get through the last dregs. Will stick at them though, not sure how they are affecting me tho!

Looked up the nutritional values on coconut flour, DOH!!!! I shall be stepping away from that!!
 
Naughty today, had bp coffee in the morning, did kettlenetics then had a small chunk of leftover pork and crackling, wasn't the fact that I wasn't hungry it was because I had no food in :-( cupboards full of naughty stuff but didn't touch it.

Dinner was the best, birds eye smoked haddock in lemon and herb butter, had 2 and half a bag of florrette salad with cheese shavings and roasted red pepper and garlic dressing.

Definitely no mim tonight, away to have a decaf coffee with cream and a sweetener. I've cut back on both with no effect so going to have sparingly.

Don't think you were naughty but sensible with the snack after kettlebells, it's a tough workout. I know what you mean - I've stripped everything back to bare and its not helped, makes you wonder what's the point.

Hey, at least we are not gaining chick! I could have been very naughty! I have a cupboard FULL of chocolate :-/ I bet you look lean and toned! Try on your size 10 outfit, I'm sure you will find it fits better even than before.

I know if I was to stop eating this way I would pile on the pounds, just had a thought...... are you still on induction carbs? Have you tried going up a level? x
 
Teeny, busy, maybe your body just needs a few more carbs to aid your exercise routines now? Sometimes too little of anything can stall us, just an idea. Don't cut your throat too much because then it will become boring and you will have no trump card left to use. Bit by by bit.

oh and teeny, well done of the pork and crackling....what's naughty about that?

Ive got a big Starbucks mug too, don't know how you are keeping it all down. The first sips for me are making me heave now, someone mentioned I should cut down the coconut oil and build my way back up because 2 tbs was just far too much for my stomach and brain and nose and mouth could handle lol

I couldn't agree more; 1. No we're not gaining 2. I have always have lots of goodies in the house and have managed to stay on track. 3. know I'd pile it on loads too - my body is just not very carb friendly either.

I've not tried my size 10 stuff on as I don't feel different and if I do and it's Sts I shall be even more depressed.

Same as you Busy, I've decided to move up a level and add 5 more carbs, feck knows how as its sometimes I struggle to get 15 in from veg but I'm up for giving it a go!

Just finished kettlenetics, dripping! Haha sooooooo attractive! Not had my bp coffee yet, fond I was able to drink more water during doing it this way. So gotta weigh up boost from coffee or consuming more water. Having sausages and eggs for brekkie along with my bp coffee.

Got little one to take piccies this morning, the change is really quite noticeable, not happy with the bulk around the top of my back tho but I guess it will go slowly.

Oh, I've lost a whole 100g!!!!!!!! Treat yourself ;-)

Got a prepared salad for lunch, will have that with king prawns and mayo, dinner, something with sweetheart cabbage, it's the new spring greens, OH loves it too so will have loads :)

Wow go you on the loss! It's all in right direction so woop! The bulky back will def go with the kettlebells as all moves involve upper body as you have to hold the bell. If your really conscious just pause and do extra reps on back exercises.

Ha ha to the sweetheart cabbage I've been loving it too. Although I'm giving everything up and doing a meat and egg fast for a few days.

Not had a bad day, took the kids to a farm/park and remembered to take a couple of bottles of water with me :) but forgot my salad :-( so had a chicken thigh and a costa coffee. Got a lovely big slab of steak and lamb burgers from the butchers. Not sure about the burgers now though as he wasn't sure what the binder was...... Nothing else in to have for tea tho........ Risk it for a biscuit!
