Tee's diary

Well that's the pumpkin pie gone! Appears DD likes it too! She has just wolfed down a slice! Guess that's one way of getting her to eat her veg!

Nonsense!!! I would tell you if you did!! I thought shoulders were your bestest thing from your last pics.

Gotta give the pumpkin a try.

I obviously have been wearing rose tinted glasses!

I so need to sort out my posture, it's terrible! I'm not wearing a vest top any time soon. Not looking for sympathy or anything I just feel so down :-(

........through a distorted mirror! There's nothing wrong! Don't feel down x. Deep down your focusing on the negative because of sts.

I can see what you mean about posture though my posture is particularly bad as well.

Large part of it IS the way we hold our selfs. It makes you look much more slimmer. It's kind of a circle really if your feeling down you slump in your body language and so reinforce further feelings of low self esteem. However, the opposite is true if you have good strong body language, the more confident you feel and behave. A friend of mine who is having to do a lot of presentations for work is having lessons on posture! And body language, she feels she needs show confidence in herself and her company.

So....stand up straight! Chest out and head up!!

Oh teeney, hugs, you sound so down! If I remember one of your posts earlier you mentioned post natal depression (and mushrooms?), if you've just had a baby take it easy on yourself. Why don't you like them? What do you think is wrong with your posture?

I personally think you have lovely shoulders!

Post nasal drip :) snot! seems to be linked to fungusy food consumption :-/

As for my posture, I have very rounded shoulders. Slumped at a computer for years didn't help. I'm consciously trying to pull back my shoulders but old habits die hard and all that..... Just feeling sorry for myself!

More like not losing the 2kg that I put on Busy :-(

Stood on the scales (I know I said I wouldn't) and its showing 68.7, I guess some has come off but not enough.

Going to stand tall, shoulders back boobs oot! (Not literally of course ;-))

Er, whoops, epic read fail, sorry. But still, post natal so go easy! Rounded shoulders, I remember my bro had something similar and you could get this like harness that went across your back to help you remember to stand tall?!

Also, Pilates always telling you head up, shoulders back, chest out, maybe that could help too? Good luck hun x

Not a bad day today considering I bought 3 bars of green & blacks milk choc and a mahoossssive bar of Ritter sport nougat chocolate and thought sod it its not working!

I had a choc mim with 20g 70% choc which was real good! Found an old pack of prewitts flax with only has 2. Something grams of 'other carbs' in it unlike the linsiutt (sp) stuff iv been having.

Dinner was chili without the beans with a layer of corgette sprinkled with cheddar then baked, was yummy!

Epic fail on water though :-(

Found Libby's tinned pumpkin in waitrose today, £2. Think I will wait to see if Aldi has it tomoz at £1.29 :)

Mmm that dinner sounds lovely!

And girl you've got lovely shoulders! :)

Another dessert I love is cocoa and sweetener stirred in to some cream cheese.

Morning tee, did you enjoy your chocolates? Sound gorgeous, I saw Ritter sport stuff the other day and hadn't seen it in many years..strange and now you bought some.
hows the kettleworx?

Morning hope you enjoyed your weekend. I'm kicking off today with Ladans with bigger weights, from 1kg 1.5kgs not a big increase but I'm thinking gradual increase is better than a big leap. Thinking about getting a bigger kettlebell too.

Your menu's have been lush and you've been good.

Hello! I'm k. A 3 day holibob so diet has gone out the window! (And it's making me feel bluergh! But easier for the family to eat on the go.....)
