I also have an abundance of tomatoes ! Was looking for a low carb way to make chutney with them! But alas I think sugar is essential in the preserving process!! So I am giving loads away x maybe some more research needed x

Chutney sounds yummy! I add sweetener to my Tom soup so it won't be that bad, I just crave soup when it starts to get cold
 
Yes - I really struggled on induction to reduce tomatoes! Found that by focusing on fewer fresh tomatoes and enjoy them more. Eg our ratatouille we now use few baby toms rather than processed ones. Really helps keep the carbs down

Haven't gone back to tomato soup though - usually stick to chicken:)

I had a couple with my tea this evening, only like baby ones and these were lush! OH gets back on Wednesday so gonna wait till then, he will eat loads which also stops me from having too much :)
 
Just had tea :) was out and about all day so only had a coffee.

Tea was 2 1/4 pounders with melted cheese, 3 sliced baby toms & creamed spinach - who would have thought that creamed spinach would become one off faves!!!!

Have had about 5 chocs today, need to go a bit easier on them tho only 1.5 carbs
 
Sat watching masterchef, starving now :-/ no fresh goodies to nibble on either. I want seared scallops and duck and lamb and more spinach, a nice rare steak with garlic butter....... I wish I could feed the demon :-(

Scared to go taking through the cupboards esp. with tomorrow's weigh in :-( ARGH!!!!!!!
 
1lb down, not as much as I'd like but going in the right direction!
Plan for this week, eat breakfast & lunch & up the water.
No park action had left me feeling :-(
I shall be eating well today!

Well done on the pound, it gets harder especially at our weight now. Get the coconut oil down, my give you a jippy tummy but then it's fireworks if you get too stuck. Are you still working out?

Hello! I had some last night and a good helping of spinach. Iv not been but I'm back at it tomoz :)
