Can only go off what many, many (dissatisfied) Tefal customers have said - they are absolutely useless on the CS front. Should change their name from Tefal to teflon parently their responsibilities cannot be made to stick.
Whilst I agree with you, it would seem not many, if any, have any luck with Tefal - which is a shame as I'm sure the product with a few moderations would be an even bigger seller.
