Would you not be able to count the feta as part of HEa? Not seen them before so not sure if you could...just a thought?x

I think I probably could but as it is full fat feta cheese I'm not sure I would get much for a hea? So I would probably rather use that for milk. Lesson learnt though that just because something looks healthy doesn't mean it is low syn!

I just checked the healthy extra a's for EE you can eat 45g of Feta Cheese
