Extra Easy Tesco Healthy Living Fat Free Cottage Cheese

I've been using Tesco HL FF Cottage Cheese (plain) for a while now thinking it was synfree
(I was told Most fat free products were free) but now I'm told it's a syn per spoonful.

I can't get into my app at the moment, could anyone clarify if this is correct.
