Does anyone know the syn value for Tesco Light Choices Minced Beef & Potatoes (chilled).:sign0009:

just in case the nutritional values are:

Cals: 200g
Sugar: 5.1g
Fat: 3.2g
Saturates: 1.4g
Salt: 1.1g

They are on offer for £1 in Tesco at the moment and I bought one for lunch, hoping it's quite low!

Green 4.5
Red 3.5
Extra Easy 3.5
