Had a good DD...dont worry about the xtra little bit!!Ii really do find the dd's easier than the ud's I suppose there is less room for manouvre if you see what I mean!!

Enjoy your ud tomorrow... this really is the best diet I have ever been on and I can see myself staying on it till I get to where I need to be and with the health benefits as well, its almost a no brainer!! I have got the most hideous apron of tummy fat and it is literally deflating....that certainly keeps me on the straight and narrow!!

Hi Jacci, I feel exactly the same. I feel like an oversized Teletubby at the mo! Lol. I feel positive that this diet is going to be the one for me. Good luck for today. Off to have some breakfast. Yum. :)

Well, really enjoying my UP day so far. I've had 2 x wheatabix with skimmed milk for breakfast and grapes, I'm having a tuna and cucumber wholemeal sandwich with salad cream for lunch and I'm not too sure what I'm gonna have for dinner yet. :thinking2:I'm sure I'll think of something. :D

Well, my first UD is over and it went well. Really enjoyed it. I had a couple of choccy biscuits with my tea tonight. Bliss. Have cooked some quorn sausages for breakfast, so all set.

Well, 2nd DD. Here we go. Plan for today. Two quorn sausages, WW carrot and lentil soup and tom and herb Mugshot, diet coke, Rooibos tea and loads of water. :)

Your week is looking good so far Tess... I am on a DD today too, I have had an Alpen Cherry Bakewell bar for breakfast, am having rice cakes with philadelphia cheese and ham for lunch and a Baxters Full Up soup for dinner. I also have 200mls of soya milk for my coffee.... good luck.

Hi Greeneyes, how are you? Had a good DD yesterday, but I'm looking forward to my UD today. :)
 
Well, had a good DD yesterday, although I was so tired that i fell asleep just after 8pm!!! I went onto Dr Johnson's website and used the calculator to work out my UD and DD. I am going to follow 548/1826 as the calculator shows. That's worked out on 30%, but it'll be more achievable for me.
I did have a sneaky weigh in today, but to my disappointment I haven't lost anything. :-( I am now going to do my official weigh in on Tuesday so I'll have been on the plan a whole week. Strangely though my stomach feels less bloated. :)
