thanks. can you microwave the tetra in the pack so would something strange happen? eg explode?

I'm sure the tetras would damage your microwave if heated up in the packs. The inside of the container is foil as well.
Also remember only "cook" one meal a day as you lose vitamins etc by microwaving. Better to add hot water to it really.

Maybe i'll try it. If my microwave were to blow up, with all that fire I might finally feel warm!!!

i'm one of those people who JUST does tetras. i've tried the soups and shakes and found i hated most of them... the rest were even worse. i'm not SSing, and still I've lost two stone in 6 weeks. the nutritional values of the pakcets and tetras are pretty similar. it's only the bars which have more calories and more carbs.
