banana for breakfast as I was a wee bit late!!
Lunch was a rice concoction I made last night, rice, chicken, green beans, onion, courgette, celery, green pepper and chinese 5 spice powder...Wasn't bad actually
had a bit of cottage cheese too that was in the fridge..
Throughout the day I have been eating 5 scan brans (HEB)
I also have, for later on in the afternoon some pineapple, blueberries and melon and a vanilla muller...
Have had a litre of water and 1 coffee so far, soon to have another..

I had bacon, egg and mushrooms when I got in from work, was starving!! Oh not home til 10.30 and we are having a curry then..
I was naughty and had a mini spring roll that my daughter boght from the chines takeaway! very bad!! have to see if I can get the syn value for that!! I have forgotten the password so I shall add 7 syns!
Went to the pub with dauhter and OH when he got in earlier than planned (result!) haha
I had 3 gins and slimline tonic which was 10.5 syns...
I made a pork mince curry with tinned toms and spices and fromage frais added at the end..Served with rice and green beans was lush...All syn free I hasten to add! and very yummy..
I have to get rid of the chilli powder in my cupboard though....It is extra hot and I keep forgetting as it's in a little spice jar (no label to remind me!) and I always put in too much..I though the cury was going to be inedible until I put in the fromage frais!! hahahahahaha...It was nice after that....I have to buy normal strength chilli powder and use that in future!
