I have frozen it before, but only when I used fresh chicken. However just so you guys know, if you defrosted the chicken and then COOKED the chicken, you can re freeze it. I prefer to use fresh where I can as I feel like frozen stuff is full of water anywayz

This looks lush, I've seen the ad but was a bit concerned that Philly would not be good in a thai curry. You've inspired me to give it a go now thanks guys
