It's great some weekends are to be enjoyed. Chilled with wine and sunshine.

Had a bit of time out as well but warmer weather reminded me that I need to get back on plan.
 
Beginning to feel ive had enough 'time out' ready to fight from mon-fri. WI fri b4 hols so got to at least not have put on!! Might even be goid the rest of today!

Ive still peeballed about tho mate i mean 12lb in nearly 5 months is pretty damn pitiful! I certainly dont expect a loss friday but if ive stayed the same then thats pretty good. If i carry on eating like i have these last few days that 12 loss will be back to the beginning.
So soldiering on and monday the time is right to go again. X:)

Honestly my portions aren't that small!!! Plus on red and green days I struggle to remember what we're allowed so try not to have carbs with it in case it's not allowed. My EE portions are more substantial.

anyhoo, good on you for getting back to it! 12lbs is still 12lbs, look you've lost more than this ...

Right hubby gone to work, kids showering getting sorted for bed, meant to have a friend round but shes cancelled and tbh im relieved. I can now chillax on my own with my final binge! Just going to skype my mum make sure they are all ok then find some descent music to belt out to and the evening is mine.
Sod the ironing and any other sensible job i should be doing. :)

And be here with my mins family ofcorse... :)

Hope your fresh start on Monday goes well.

Well I hit my first stone this week! Taken 5 month as well. I felt like I should have made myself a slowest stone award. Spoke to a friend yesterday and she lost 8lb in a week, felt like screaming on the inside. I will get there slowly but surely (emphasis on the slowly part).

Our weight loss journeys are all different so I must stop comparing mine to friends especially when they on shake diets etc.
 
Honestly my portions aren't that small!!! Plus on red and green days I struggle to remember what we're allowed so try not to have carbs with it in case it's not allowed. My EE portions are more substantial.

They are the worst type of diets mate, at least ours is natural. slow and steady wins the race, well done on your stone award.

Ive decided to pull out of the challenge threads too, all the time I didnt have a date in mind I was losing, but give myself targets and I just get disheartend when I dont meet them! So I may take them off my signature too, and just do my best.

Sounds like u have a good plan - I agree that setting targets puts us under an odd kind of pressure - then comes that horrible disappointment if we don't achieve them 100%. I then console myself with sugary crap!!

U've done well so far - so go for what u think will suit u best and good luckx

I still think u've done well - ur still roughly 12lbs down after 5 months - so many of us go upndown like yo-yos over a few weeks never mind months!!

I've noticed some ppl here start off really well but unfortunately they're not able to maintain their losses and stop posting - as u say the tortoise and the hare story is a reminder to us all!! Have some faith in u!!

know exactly what u mean - I started dieting about 40 years ago at 9 stone - here I am at 60 still at it and was 14st 2 at my heaviest - so ur losing weight at an Olympic pace compared to me!!
 
Ill find you when im 60 and probably still be at it upndown!!
