Ive finally got my head in the zone!
Still so busy dont know whether im coming,going or have been!
Did good today i think, not sure what plan im following, sw,ww,cc? I am just being good with 3 meals and no unnecessary snacks.
So breakie: fruit and sweet pancakes.
Lunch: mediteranean wrap with chicken salad and extra light mayo
Dinner: JP with beans, cheese and salad
Snacks: carrot battons & hoummous
Apple, cherries
Drinks: sf vimto 5 pints water and 4 teas
Ive also had my pedometer on and walked 21671 steps 9.02miles today. Very pleased with that. x
