I'm not sure what to do at the moment, all I know is I cant eat just healthy things so points or calories might be best. I'm going to continue the week on points to see what happens Friday.
 
Just make sure you enter your details to get right points. To get my scanner I go to add food. Then the first option comes up to scan item. If you have any problems just ask xx

Got it now, it has a built in scanner didn't realise thought I downloaded one last time. x
 
My head isn't great. Dan's is worse. I have a broken boyfriend and we're meant to be going to a wedding fayre in an hour. Oh Lordy lord!!

Haha. He'll soon sober up at the fayre, he'll be so giddy with it all he'll feel great! Enjoy. X

Yes I still have treats and I probably don't eat healthy enough but it's so much better than it was, thanks to ww points. Good luck this week xx

I'm not keen on Indian but the pizza place, and fish & chips we're close by but I passed on them too!xx

No , no offer of discount which wd have been nice but plenty of places to eat so will be voiding them in future!
 
Morning miniminers. I am feeling good, fat but good!
I have my 6 month review this week - being off the 'happy pills'. I must perk up before she puts me on them again. I do blame stopping them for the weight gain though, they were appetite suppressants too. I have actually not taken them for 8 months but because it wasn't put on docs system until May its only 6 according to them. She did say something about maybe needing them for winter but I don't want to muck up my system by being on and off them all year round.
Anyway foodwise this morning I have ate a raisin and cinnamon bagel with bertolli spread, and a bowl of fruit salad. It felt really naughty but has only taken 6pp from my daily allowance. I'm really quite chuffed with that. Syns wise probably would have tipped me as I would feel I have blown the day and continued eating. This is going to work this time.

Hope all goes well at the docs and they agree you don't need the pills, you've done fab since coming off them. I hope PP work for you this week, it doesn't matter what you do as long as it suits you and fits in with work and family. xx

Been a busy busy day today. Normal house chores, a visit to the nursing home where MIL is. Shes as coockoo as ever. Bad day to go really the old folk were all in the war...
Anyway earnt myself 5 extra pp on pedometer today

Lunch was a herby wrap with ham salad and mayo 6pp
Hula hoops 3pp

Fruit and nut 4 squares 3pp

Jacket potato 8pp (couldnt believe how much a spud is!!)
Cheese 4pp

31pp and milk for teas 3pp =34pp

So spot on with my activity points

Hope your sundays been a good one. 'See you' all tomorrow. X

Morning Bubble! Hmm... What are these "pp"s you speak of?

You sound well happy these days, my friend - that's so great! I'm sure your review will be fine this week. The idea of being on and off the pills is very unappealing isn't it? Although it seems to work for some... like peeps that suffer from SAD and that sort of thing? I have a friend who takes them for one week out of every month, just to get thru her TOTM!
Anyway, blah blah... I've fallen off the Syn Wagon again, but would like to get back on, as I was feeling quite good after my five days without any bread or wine! (Almost sounds like some sort of anti-religious diet, har! )
