Yep, take it from me, this is a definite possibility! It sounds like you do need a good 'pig-out sesh' -just do it on free foods. Even if your superfrees aren't balanced out in there.
I bought some beef ravioli from Sainsburys in case it happens to me again tonight... I've never tried it before, but it's syn-free, so if it is good and I end up eating the whole can, I'm still good.

Permission granted - frylighted eggs, poached eggs, boiled eggs, omelette, frittata, scotch egg wrapped with low or no syn sausage, egg sarnie on HEB bread and Easter egg only allowed on days when it will to take u up to 15 syns!!xx
 
ooooooh... ok then. What can I have? can't do detox anymore today, ive had enough fruit salad and veg salad to make me sicky. I need to eat something sensible and tasty before I lose it again.

sweet or savoury?? sweet - quark mixed sweetener and ur fave yog - savoury a scotch egg if u can be bothered to cook - u've mentioned that u freeze sausages singly - I think! Or marmite on something if u like it? Laughing Cow if u don't!

Im stuffed on my JP with beans and cheese.
Im planning back to basics tomorrow onwards, maybe a few greens to get carbs in to get rid of the cravings. The plan works so will not muck around with challenges and detoxing. I can win this battle.

Im really enjoying this website designing stuff. Never done it before in my life, its quite daunting and frustrating too! We haven't the funds to pay someone to do it, so just giving it my best shot.

It's probably the detox that has made you crave food. Never mind about the Jaffa cakes. It is quite easy to eat a pack without even noticing. Keep busy on the website and get your creative juices flowing. You can do this bubble, don't doubt yourself now. It is just a blip. Think you are right to just to plan and forget about meddling with it. I think detox/challenge can be quite restrictive and counter productive if they make you binge. You off out on your bike tomorrow?

ive been on my bike everyday.... heeehee. Ive got to do it with the kids in tow tomorrow. Im not looking forward to that one.
Youngest is going to the hendon air museum with beavers all day so only have to 2 older ones to worry about.
Im not too sure which one of us is the wierdest, but I like it it means Im not alone...:)
 
As long as you don't talk to the fat one in the mirror! I will come and haunt you one day on that lovely island of yours. Ill keep death off the roads and ride the bike on the pavements! x
