my parents used to use lo-salt, but according to a heart specialist my dad was seeing it's worse for you than normal salt. can't remember why though.

they recommended coarse sea salt...again i can't remember why! sorry i'm rubbish! lol

No I haven't tried Lo Salt but I do just want to cut it back. I will try wedges without salt and see what they are like
