Morning all I no I shudnt be weighing myself, today I'm still 10.5. I really want to reach 25% of my goal this wk roll on 10.35...
They certainly do! I was eating 2pp or 3pp but then eating 1, sometimes 2 or even 3 so it really was a waste of time! Then I started eating my 5pp Bar every Evening and it solved the problem, one bar was enough! X
Il do the same thanks chick il defo enjoy it more unwrapping all those mini ones only makes me feel extra guilty hehe how r u today hope the weather is better by u xxx

From memory it's, DM Fruit n Nut, DM Caramel, Smarties, Walnut Whip, Galaxy Ripple, Twirl, Maltesers, Toblerone, Crunchie. Those are all 5pp Each when bought in a Multipack x

1pp I'd normally use on something like Jaffa Cake/Rich Tea/Maryland and then have a Can of Coke Zero to fill me up How are u feeling today? What are your Plans? X
