The countdown is on!!!!

So this is my third food diary since I started Slimming World. I have lost 1 stone and 3lbs which is amazing (for me anyway lol) I orginally only wanted to lose 1 and a 1/2 stone so I have 4lbs to go but i'm stepping it up a gear.


I have just over 5 weeks till I go away and I would like to lose another 10-11lbs, just about 2lbs a week which is totally do-able so i'm taking it back to basics.

Over the last couple of weeks my weight loss has slowed probably because I havent been as careful with my syns and ive got comfortable with the diet.

So after a long introduction here is my diary:


Thursday

Breakfast:
2 slices wholemeal bread (hexb)
Jam (2 syns)
1 Apple

Lunch:
Jacket Potato
Baked Beans
Apple, Pear

Dinner:

Unsure at the moment as going food shoppping this afternoon (lovely way to spend your day off lol)

Syns:
Packet of cadbury fingers (5syns)

Total syns for the day = 7

Ok so thats it for now let me know if theres nay tricks you have learnt for speeding up weightloss :)
 
Ok dinner sorted:

Chicken stir fry with, pak choi, baby corn, carrots, mange tout, lemongrass, sugar snaps, bok choi and broccoli
Syn free stir fry sauce made with soy sauce and other spices.

After: Bowl of fruit (blueberries, apple, pear, strawberries) , toffee muller light.
