What's the Wendy plan? Xx

I found it mentioned on a different thread and Sarah kindly posted the points...........you use your weeklies in a set way, something to do with keeping your metabolism on its toes!!

Day 1 +2
Day 2 +8
Day 3 +3
Day 4 +18
Day 5 +2
Day 6 +9
Day 7 +7

Anything is worth a try so I am going to give it a go this week!:D
 
Sunday - Day 1 Wendy Plan = 29 + 2

Breakfast - grapefruit, OSS with milk and berries (4)

Lunch - WW hotppot (6) with veg ++. WW choc brownie dessert (4)

Tea - Salad with ham (2), boiled egg (2), EL mayo (1), strawberries and Strawberry ML (3)

Snacks -skimmed milk for tea (1), melba toast with 30g Sainsburys BGTY hummous (3) WW creamed rice pudding (3), WW chilli crinkle crisps (2)

Total daily points = 31/31

Day 1 +2 - :checkmark green:
Day 2 +8
Day 3 +3
Day 4 +18
Day 5 +2
Day 6 +9
Day 7 +7
 
Tuesday - Wendy Day 2 = 29 +8

Breakfast - OSS with milk and berries (4)

Lunch - WW crustless quiche (7) salad with boiled egg (2) and EL mayo (1), Strawberries with ML vanilla (2)

Tea - WW oval pizza x 2 (12) WW Toffee and Honeycomb sundae (3)

Snacks - 2L NAS / water, fruit salad, Dairylea dunker (3)
3 x mikado (1), WW nachos (2)

Total dailies = 37/37

Wendy plan sounds good! Think I'll try that in Sept :D well done for 2 days down :)

Lunch - shop bought salad with chicken and proper coleslaw (7) strawberries and Vanilla ML (2)

Tea - WW ocean pie (5) with lashings of veg :D WW ice cream swirl pot (2),

Snacks - Sains BGTY hummus with melba toast (3), AH pea cup a soup (2)

Total points = 25/31..........mmm, more snacks later!

Edited to say I forced a Curly Wurly and WW creamed rice pudding down me for the other 6 points so I am now at end of Day 3, 31/31!!

Thanks guys for your encouragement, I don't post much as I don't get the time, but off now for 5 days so gonna catch up with all of your diaries :D

Wednesday - Day 4 Wendy Plan = 29 + 18 :eek:

Breakfast - OSS and berries (4)

Lunch - 200g sirloin stir fry with salad (8)

Tea - 2 small lamb steaks (14) with tin of ratatouille provencale (4)

Snacks - 1/4pt skimmed milk for tea (1) WW layer FF (1), victoria plums, Cadbury's picnic bar (6) Dairylea dunker (3) WW toffee and honeycomb.......yum!!

Total Wendy daily = 44/47

Lunch depends on what looks nice when I go out to the village for OH's liver :yuk: so I will be back later to edit. Going to take the dog out for a long walk along the River Weaver which will do us both good. Lots of housework to do, lots of catching up on Minimims to do and some reading to do.......blissful!!

Editing to add my lunch and tea......I will still need to find 6 points for supper!!.........more editing later I guess!!

Lunch - turkey sandwich with cranberry and 1 tsp Lurpak (5), WW swirl pot (2)

Tea - WW shepherds pie and veg ++ (6), WW swirl pot (2)

Snacks - skimmed milk for tea (1) 3 x mikado (1), WW fromage layer (1), WW chilli crinkle crisps (2) dairylea dunker (3), curly wurly (3)

Total dailies = 31/31

Snacks - 1/4 pt skimmed milk for tea (1), Koppenburg Strawberry and Lime Cider (8), Cadbury's picnic bar (6)

Total Wendy dailies = 38/38

going to change my weigh in day to Wednesday so only giving myself 21 weeklies til I start a new week on Wednesday! :D

Lunch - prawns in Tesco TI dressing on Warby's wrap - need to go defrost :sign0007:

Tea - 2 slices roast beef, lashings of veg, 1 x Yorkshire pud, 2 tbsp gravy, 4 small yorkshire puds - will point all of this when I've found the points!! :rolleyes: Followed by 2 tbsp MIL's apple crumble and 2 tbsp Ambrosia custard, 2 glasses red wine (12)

better get working on those points..........may well just count my 21 weeklies and call it quits!! :cool:

Yesterday went out of the window - felt really unwell and strange all day, ended up in PJs slouching on the couch feeling sorry for myself and dunking biccies in to my tea :sigh: then tea, then cornetto. :mad:

Feel a lot better today altho I have a dreadful "red wine" headache.....it is that long since I have had more than 1 glass of red wine that it really went to my head, and to be honest I didn't really enjoy it.

Sooooooo I am now going to give up the demon drink altogether other than 5 occasions per year.....My BD, His BD, Christmas Day, NY Day, and our Wedding anniversary. :angel09: And to be honest I don't think I will miss it one jot, will have better usage of my points and more money in my pocket!! :D

Anyway, my last day off today but half of it is to be spent on a course, so just a quick hello, will post my days diary later.
