How do I resolve it? I remember on cwp I needed a suppository but so far Exante has been fine I thought due to meals.

You could add something like Benefibre into a drink, or take a psyllium husk capsule. Both are just additional fibre that should help you go. Not sure however if either would take you out of ketosis however.

Do you ever test for ketosis? I was half tempted to get some ketosis sticks of Amazon.

I did a test as I had a stick but won't bother now.

If I have less than 3lts now I feel dehydrated the next day - but I struggle to drink more than 3.5 ltrs. Maybe I've found the optimum amount for my body?

It's hard somedays. Harder at work as I'm so busy.
Aim for at least 7 pints today - 3 down already.
Feeling frustrated with the scales! I might throw them out of the window!

Me too MrsN mine haven't budged this week (only one sneaky peak much better than every day weighing I was doing) really frustrating and that means only 5 lbs lost for me in nearly 3 weeks, will see what official wi on Tuesday says before I start the official meltdown lol x

I wonder what it is?? Honesty I'm finding the diet ok but I need to see results. I can't understand why the scales show me 1lb heavier than last Tuesday. Honestly my tea out on Wednesday just can't have done that. I'm feeling bloated but regardless of that I'm only putting 600cals in my body. Really going to try and stay away from the scales until Tuesday.
