Tuesday 19th July.
Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) chopped strawberries, banana and grapes.
Lunch: ham salad. Ham, coleslaw 3.5 syns with carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, egg, and plain pasta.
Tea: shared Chinese with hubs. Half special chow mein rice and 2 BBQ spare ribs. Bad but have no food need to go shopping!
