I was a bit skeptical because I've tried to bake things in the micro and it was as rubbery as a ball, but this wasn't and was very good. I don't use my micro much either just for re-warming up food..
If you make a savoury MIM by omitting the sweetener (Splenda) you can subtract one carb! However if you add a tablespoonful of cream cheese you might have to add that carb back, again. Still keeps it suitable for Induction, mind you. And very tasty.
Well just tried this for the first time and it was gorgeous! I was doubtful when I took it out of the microwave it looked a bit soggy put it under the grill for a bit and had it with some bacon, Atkins bacon roll, brilliant!
