I've been messing around for so long and have now slipped back and gained 10lbs
I'm so furious with myself so need to get motivated again. I'm not promising to update this daily but will be checking in for tips and ideas. I've got 15 weeks to my holidays and I want a 5 stone sticker by then. Would have been much easier if I hadn't gained 4.5 lbs this week. A friend tried 3 days of success express and lost 3.5 lbs so will be giving this a try - 1 day at a time! My first task this morning was to measure my milk.
Food today - Red (SE) - 10.5 syns
Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexb), 200ml ss milk (hexa), 1 large banana
Early morning drinks - peppermint tea, water
Mid morning drink - m&s hot choc 2.5 syns (so worth it - much nicer than highlights / options)
Lunch - 5 scanbran (hexb), 70g phili light (hexa), pear, satsuma & mullerlight
Afternoon snack - pear
Dinner - tuna, salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, mullerlight, 25g cheddar 5 syns
Evening treat - hot choc & coffee (home made mocha
) 2.5 syns
Other syns - 5 pieces chewing gum 1/2 syn
I will be having syns, aiming for around 8 per day. That way if I have a wobble I've 'banked' a few
