No I dont think every month Marge, I think I will stick to TS unless my weight loss really slows down and needs a boost or if I need to aam for a special occassion or something. I would rather stick to 100%TS for as long as I can until then. It is just not worth it at this stage of the game. I had only lost 7lb this month as it was, so to put that all back on because of 1 week was really disappointing so dont think I will be doing that again in a hurry!!
