Today i made a choice that i was finally going to get up off my arse and get rid of the weight that i gained whilst preg with my son. So here i am hoping to succeed as i have set myself a goal of loosing it by my birthday in sept.

i have decided to try the adsa measure. From reading on how some of u have done i feel that if u have succeeded then i can too.
