ProPoints The next instalment

So today at wi so upset I put on a pound and a half and I have been so good and earned 16ap. I feel very disappointed that im just not losing....

So now I have 3 weeks to lose 5 and a half pounds or I have to pay. Quite gutting really but it will be a good boost.

So todays plan is as follows;

Im going to even list my fruit this week incase you think im eating too much...

B - banana, watermelon and a chicken warburtons thins (at ww from 8 till 11.30 so needed something I could take with me)
L - beef warburtons thins, apple, orange
D - chicken and praen jambalaya. Will cost me points for the chorizo but think thats it will check later
Pudding - quark, berries and meringue - 1pp

Snacks - ww bar - 2pp and packet of french fries - 2pp

Milk - about a pint to be used in tea and a crusha milkshake (free)

Thats the plan - will update later how it goes

I might try making my own Kiev.

So get a chicken, make some bread crumbs. What else do I need to know. How do I get garlic butter inside the middle of the chicken?
 
Mine wasnt with garlic butter I used garlic and herb philadelphia in mine....cut the chicken breast in half and lay it on a piece of cling film...bash it out with a rolling pin then put the filling inside...roll it up then cover in ham then flour egg anf breadcrumbs and cook.

We are having them again this week ;)

Im sure it is u will probably get a really big liss next wk as long as u arent exercising loads still, but if u r wanting to exercise I would say take ur measurements and stop weighing weekly go to monthly and take ur measurements monthly, or measure ur body fat each wk with scales, so at least u can see a difference and wouldn't b disappointed at a gain, u have gotta build muscle to burn fat :-D

Yeah! Exercise is great for you, don't stop doing it incase it stops losses. As that's silly lol
When you work your muscles hard they retain water to protect them and help them repair. If your scales show water/fat/weight then you will see this on the scales.
Less fat, more water.

It's not because muscles weigh more, as a few works outs don't really build that much muscles to be honest.
 
I wouldn't mind so much if I didnt need to be back at goal in the next 3 weeks. Im also doing f and h and worrying if im eatimg too much or too little. I cant go spinning this week as im out the night its on and also I still can hardly move but there the week after.

My day today was pretty much as said but I had on top of that a crumpet, a pear and a ww greek yoghurt oh and chorizo was 2pp

Why do I have to do it in 3 weeks.

Once you get near target it's harder for the body to lose, as it's vanity pounds rather than weight you need to lose. Sometimes the body just wants to hold onto it. I heard sometimes that you need to eat more to lose more, to let our body know your not gonna stop feeding it!

I've got a day of carbs, which isn't great but I think I will just give my body what it wants today. I was so happy when I got my bloodwork back at 8 weeks pregnant, my body had all the vitamins and everything it needed, I wasn't deficient in anything. So maybe your the same, your body has probably benefited so much from the type of food you eat!! :)

I have given up helping and my last day is 3 weeks. Im over my target weight so I need to get back to it so I dont have to pay. I have given up helping so I can concentrate on losing weight as I seem to have lost my focus and I want to shift another atone and a half. I got to goal a year ago and since then havent really done nothing. I was still at goal in september but with my holiday and christmas it slipped and then I struggled to get back into it and its all gone wrong really.....so I have quit helping to regain the focus on me and I dont want to pay...so in 3 weeks I now need to lose 5 amd a half pounds. Was 4 lbs until saturdays weigh in!! Xxx

Sp food so far today has been

B - 2 large crumpets with marmite - 1pp
L - bacon medallions, scrambled eggs and beans on warburtins wholemeal bread

I have also had a banana and an orange and a pear and will have some strawberries and plums later

D - roast chicken

Snacks today are planned as a rich toffee bar, a ww chocolate pudding with 1pp squirt cream (6 total) and probably a hot chocolate

And I have planned my dinners for the week now to keep me on track.

Tomorrow will be having meatballs and mash with veg, tuesday sticky chicken, chips and coleslaw, wednesday beef casserole and mash, thursday pork loin steak new potatoes and veg and friday probably a stir fry or home made pizza.

Lunches will plan night before but will probably be salad or jacket potatoes (mind you with potatoes every night is that too much?) And breakfast every day will be porridge or bircher museli if I like it on Monday as thats the first day I will try it

I ate lots of potatoes and bread every day on sf and still got good losses! Food sounds very tasty, will look forward to seeing a pic of the chicken, was it sticky chicken?

Its with the marinade from the classes. We havent had it before but sounds nice. Its 1pp for half 9f the marinade but ours will be between 3 of us :)

Well dinner was amazing. I had 4 full fat roast potatoes. They were small but no idea how to point - oil only? I couldn't take a picture as my battery on my phone was too low. I had gravy too which is 2pp.

Mmmm, roasties. I just looked up the points for roasties - 6pp for 150g worth.
 
I didnt weigh them. If im doing f and h though would I need to count the potato or just oil? I have more than enough pounts so mught just out the 6 down. It was only 4 tiny potatoes

It's really hard to work out the pp's for roasties because you don't know how much oil has been absorbed. I reckon that if you account for the 6pp's that should be plenty - that works out at about 1.5 tspns of oil per potato which is probably about right.
