Well i thought id better make a diary as im struggling at the mo. Hoping this will keep me on track as i have you guys to answer to. Eeeeep! Have missed my last 2 weigh ins through illness and then faffing about. So tomorrow (wed) im going back to face the music. I know ill gain but its what i have to do to get back on track. Will be posting my food diaries daily as of Thurs. Any hints and tips will be appreciated once they are posted
