I think the best way is to keep chipping away at it like you are and you just need to think that however much you lose, even if it isn't quite the stone and a half, you are slimmer than you were when you started and on your way too target. I always think looking at the % weight loss really put's it into perspective (and also converting it into bags of sugar, so you have lost over 5 bags of sugar off your body which is amazing!!)
I know I am really struggling with the amount of meals/parties etc that we are getting invited too at the minute because of christmas coming up - I love going out and socialising but really don't want to ruin the hard work I have done as I am well aware the weight goes on much quicker than it comes off!!
however WI was this morning and still managed to chip another 0.75lbs off even though I had an off plan weekend so it boosts me to keep going!! K x
