Hi laura hun, I can tell both ways whether I wee on the ketostix or whether its in my self.

You will feel full of energy and hunger will reduce and your mouth will feel like it has a metalic taste hun.

I have checked for the signals and done a keto test stick and i'm not.

It doesnt normally take me this long to get into it.

i will wait 2 more days to use ketostix, cause i just started wednesday.
Got out of bed very good this morning, seems like more energy!
and my mouth tastes metallic, but i am straving! my stomach is screaming for food, but been good until now!! will clean the house now to avoid cheating

I am back full swing I went to a total of day 5 and lost it! i couldnt stand not being in K and being starving!

But we have a new little addition to the family and she is the opposite to me she needs to put some weight on!

be careful you dont wear her out. small dogs arnt meant for long walks as you could damage their legs

Ok, well I really need to get my head in the game! I keep saying this and never do it!

My friend who is getting married (becky) is buying my dress in a 16. im currently a 24. so either way I've got to lose some weight. She will only return the dress for a smaller size not a bigger one! lol

so its either slim down or go naked! Gonna weigh my self in a bit as i keep forgetting to weigh my self on my first day! lol

that way when i hop on the scale I can see the difference!
