that muffin recipe is for the cruise stage as the wheatbran and baking powder are tolerated items :) enjoy the diet and make sure you eat loads of protien, the more you eat the better the losses
 
Sorry i've been a bit quiet, everything was good, and then the weekend popped up...

Friday i was fine, i stuck to Dukan 100%! But Saturday ended up going shopping with the fam, who all decided to go Mc Donalds (of course it was too hard to resist!!) i did only have a chicken wrap though :/ and then Saturday night popped up, and the boyfriend decided to go to the chippy, so ended up having fish and chips :(

Sunday i woke up with all intentions of being back on track, had my oatbran porridge and that, but then the mother asked me if i wanted to go for a meal, to which i said yes, ended up having a sweet and sour chicken sizzler with rice/chips.

i really struggle with weekends, and socialising, as this is a hugeee part of my normal lifestyle. I LOVE EATING OUT!!!

if any one has any advice this would be appreciated as i dont know how i can keep on track :(

straight back on Attack yesterday.

tried cottage cheese yesterday which in my opinion was revolting!!! can not stand it! ewwwww.

This week has been great!!

After my wobble last weekend, i re started attack on monday, and i have not slipped at all! Weighed myself this morning and i am at 11 stone exactly! Ive been loosing 1lb a day this week, so in the last week and a half ive gone from 11 stone 6 to 11 stone exactly.

Im really hoping im in the 10's tomorrow, i havent been there in years! Im going to continue with attack until tuesday i think so that will be 9 days on attack.

I have never made it to PV days, ive always stayed on attack, but i really want to do it right now!
so i dont have a clue what to eat on PV! Arghhh

Made the most amazing quiche yesterday! Loved it.

Mainly been eating oatbran porridge for breakfast, ham/beef/chicken for lunch and w/w sausages, steaks, eggs, i made a homemade chicken and onion soup also so had this a couple of nights :) oh and turkey burgers.

Im probabaly not drinking enough fluids though so my plan this week is to increase fluids.

Went on a big 2 hour walk yesterday, and washed mine and the boyfriends cars today so plenty of exercise this weekend :)

Brill result Leah well done keep at it, eating out is hard, but if you can choose meat and veggies you'll do ok, Subway do salads in a huge bowl try to get the family to go there instead of MaccyDs. x

Funny thing is ive not even wanted to eat out/have a take away this weekend. First weekend without either in years.

Just been to asda to do this weeks shopping, and bought the boyfriends food without even getting jelous! Hes sat eating pizza and chips as we speak!

Im cooking my quiche :) keeps my mind of it!

Also i even bought him a nice creamy cake and im not even bothered!

I think it must just have been willpower, and i want to lose weight more than ever now so im trying the hardest ive ever tried :)

Thanks Sid :) this site is helping me a lot! Reading everyones threads and seeing hoe supportive everyone is keeps me on track!

Also just weighed in this morning, 10 stone 12 and 3/4, definately onwards and downwards im so chuffed!

Will update my stats when on pc as my phone app doesnt seem to let me!

Ive chosen to move on to cruise on wednesday so 9 days on attack, as of day 7 (today) im 5 1/2 lb down in one week.

I havent felt this good about my self in a long time!!

Also does anyone have any advice regarding chicken stock? I used that ready made liquid one in the chilled meat area which im wondering is a no no? However it hardly had any calories/fat or carbs?

Ive bought some oxo cubes instead and some cornflour, what is recommended to do stock (for soups)

if i am honest i love it! thought it was gong to be so hard but really has been a lot easier than i imagined! i dont like to say that too much because i have been on diets before where it has been a really hard slog so i dont want to belittle other peoples efforts if you know what i mean , but for me "this time" has been good, really really good! i suppose it is the right diet and the right time to have done it! xxx hope it is the same for you xxx
 
I know what you mean Charly, it is a very maintainable diet plan to follow as you dont have to be hungry!

Im feeling really down today as i have had a gain on the scales this morning :(

yesterday morning i weighed in at 10 stone 12, this morning i am 10 stone 12 and 3/4 (so gained 3/4 lb)

i dont know why this is :( yesterday was my last day on attack, and every day on attacked i have had at least 1/2 lb loss, i havent ever gained weight throughout attack, so im feeling abit demoralised at the moment.

still i suppose im still the lowest weight i have been in years so i should still be happy but im scared incase i have hit a wall with my weight loss because i still have a LONG way to go!!!!

dont feel demorolised! pardon my bluntness but have you been to the loo! it may help when it does happen! in the phas you are in you may find it helpful to weigh once a week! or weigh everyday but only take in the reading once a week (after a pp day) and then the fluctuations wont do your head in so bad but on the other hand you need to get used to your weight going up and down as i am now at the stage where going up and down is doing my head in!! ARRGGHHH lol x hope this helps xxx

not been for a couple of days if im honest! hopefully thats the reason.

i am pretty sure i have an OCD on weighing myself i HAVE to do it every morning, and then i probabaly weigh my self another few times each day when i get in from work and when i go to bed. i really shouldnt but i cant stop myself!

i have just looked at your stats and you have lost 2 stone 9?! Well Done!! and you are only 1lb of your true weight :)
