This week has been great!!
After my wobble last weekend, i re started attack on monday, and i have not slipped at all! Weighed myself this morning and i am at 11 stone exactly! Ive been loosing 1lb a day this week, so in the last week and a half ive gone from 11 stone 6 to 11 stone exactly.
Im really hoping im in the 10's tomorrow, i havent been there in years! Im going to continue with attack until tuesday i think so that will be 9 days on attack.
I have never made it to PV days, ive always stayed on attack, but i really want to do it right now!
so i dont have a clue what to eat on PV! Arghhh
Made the most amazing quiche yesterday! Loved it.
Mainly been eating oatbran porridge for breakfast, ham/beef/chicken for lunch and w/w sausages, steaks, eggs, i made a homemade chicken and onion soup also so had this a couple of nights
oh and turkey burgers.
Im probabaly not drinking enough fluids though so my plan this week is to increase fluids.
Went on a big 2 hour walk yesterday, and washed mine and the boyfriends cars today so plenty of exercise this weekend
