Have my first weigh in tomorrow, I've just had a peak and I've lost 5lbs, so that could mean by tomorrow morning I could've lost 5-7lbs ( I always weigh heavier as the day goes on)
I did expect a bigger loss, especially in the first week, but I've had things I shouldn't have, not meals or anything but little tit bits.. apart from yesterday which was 100% and today was heading that way until the kids had left over popcorn chicken.. oh dear!
Over the week I've had an inch of a muffin (not the cake kind), few teaspoons of scrambled egg, few tablespoons of apple pie and custard, a teaspoon of mash. I know it doesn't sound a lot but it's things I shouldn't have had and it's enough to alter weight loss, I also need to watch the milk in my tea, it's not really allowed but a splash is ok.
So I'm going to be 100% from tomorrow, watching the milk, sticking to less than 100mls and making sure I drink enough water, which I know I haven't done, so all in all these things would have an impact on my first loss plus I lost 3lbs the week before..
I'm not hungry, I don't have the pangs anymore so now it's a bout me breaking habits and I know I will do.
