The start to my 7 stone loss!!

Im doing really good now! Thanks :)

No crutches, up and down stairs now too as in walking up/down normally not toddler steps 1 at a time lol.

Was at physio today and i dont need to go back anymore, given few exercises to do with bags of sugar in bags to help start strengthen more, so im very pleased! Feels so good been up and about properly especially without knee braces!

Im so glad to have Jacob back home and not at nursery all week from when i was physically unable to take care of him!

ive a fridge full lol. But there the usual ones plus theres a kraft one think its honey & mustard. 1syn 1tbsp also very nice.

I will lose again!! So looking forward to getting my 6st! 4lb to get back to my lowest at 5 & half st loss. So 11lb to my 6st :D Hoping to get before our week away in Sept.
 
well its weighday, very looking forward to it, just hope lose something nice otherwise il be gutted :/

Oh dear, they are so picky, I've had an email removing my a link I posted as it wasn't allowed, I felt like I was still at school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It does make me think twice now about posting links, sometimes I know it's not advertising but I am extra cautious now, I'd not want to be banned from here for doing something innocent.

Pork sunday roast... Mash, rosemary & thyme seasoned roasties, pork, Yorkshire puddings, roasted parsnip and carrots. 5.5syns (3x1syn yorkshire puddings, 2syns on gravy, 0.5syn butter in mash)

Well i lost 4lb last week, this week gained 3lb! :break_diet:

Im been good so far, got bbq/party on saturday. Were the hosts so be rude not to drink!! lol. Then chiqutos on 3rd and we go on holiday on the 9th!! Hoping to just be as good as possible now until then.
 
well done on the losses but booo to the gains, you are doing a fab job overall tho so keep it up. How is the knee feeling now
 
Yay on last weeks loss, :( for this week, it's just a little rollercoaster, that's what I'm like, gain some, lose some!!!!!!!!

Thanks... Knee is good! Felt it give slightly but saw constant and he said its ok as ive got hypermobile joints. Just need to strengthen up!!
