I got this at the weekend, gonna try some of the other kebab recipes & the Chinese ones. Plus some of the starter dishes sound yum! Will post a pic as soon as I try one.
I found it brilliant before SW as I didn't think about calories etc but now I tend to adapt recipes rather than follow them word for word.
The big macs are an exact replica as is the donner kebab !
When I first made them before sw I used 20% mince but now I use extra lean and just use a bit more fry light! They don't taste exactly the same that way but are still nice......and guilt free!
I make the doner kebab with standard lamb mince as I can't find extra or even just lean lamb mince anyway but every 15mins or so during cooking I drain the fat away.
