was just looking at some of your pic s from before,they re fantastic, that ll keep you well motivated, but you look like a fab/fun person to be around no matter what. i like the tetra too but only a few of the mix shakes (toffee/walnut, vanilla and choc mint) i like the porridge but have to have them for my evening meal and they have to be eaten with a teaspoon. can actually convince myself im full by the end where as if i have a soup im convinced im hungry. blinking weird head i ve got

im really looking forward to next week as my counsellor has the lemon bars back in stock and not had one since my holiday oh its the little things. think i should get a pretty good week this week (provided i don t fall) as its 4 weeks since i came off and last week although i ate a few products never got into ketosis. so maybe not a full on first week loss but hopefully more than a couple of pounds. have been good, thought id keep off the scales this week as im a serial weigher and just have the reveal on mon. oh it ll be a well pee ed off face if its not good
