I am going to enjoy christmas then get back on the plan on 31st December..but by the end of january I would like to be at least 10lb lighter.

Hi guys,

Hope none of you mind but you may notice there is a thread on the main page asking for our team captain, seeing as there was no response from our team I volunteered myself hope that isn't a problem for anyone and that you don't mind. I have sent a couple of emails out to people who joined the list and haven't posted for a few weeks just to check they are ok and know that if they need any support we are here. We also have a few people who have requested to join our team - popular creatures that we are lol so I will add them on to the list.

With christmas people are not here or on the diet as much as they would like to be so my suggestion for the list of members and people currently awol is that we leave them on the list so that when they get xmas out of their system they can come back at any time and if by the end of January they have still not taken part then we can remove their names then. Hope this is ok with everyone.

Hi, I would like to join please :) . Can someone advise what info is needed? Is it how much I plan to lose in January (starting from the 1st Jan) or from this week onwards? Sorry if I sound a bit dumb but it's the first challenge I join.. :eek:

Hey guys, me again, sorry people.

Just checked on the calendar and we have 5 weeks till the end of January, to make things a bit easier I am countin each week as friday to friday. So if you post your next weigh in results before Friday thats week 1 of 5 if after Friday its week 2, etc, does that make sense?

Can you tell I am bored and trying to occupy myself lolol.

Hi b2b, no need to apologise hun. This first challenge is how much you want to lose from now till the end of January. If you work out from now then there are 5 weeks. So if you get weighed before next Friday that will be your week 1 loss and so on. How much you wish to lose is entirely up to you as well. x
 
Ok and this really is my last post for now until someone else talks - really sorry if I am harrassing you guys but I have done a spreadsheet for the remainder of the challenge which I have attached a copy of as a pdf. on to this post. If you keep posting your losses on the thread and I can update it for you all, if there is any info that is wrong then please let me know. :)

Thank you Ikkle, I will put down an (optimistic!) 10 pound loss until end of Jan which is a bit more then my weekly average so far.. :cool:

I can not see the .PDF attachement, I take it this is down to lack of posts?
 
Well I think I have landed in the right place!
I am a newbie to the forum so I haven't done any challenges before.

I shall start on Monday, and go for an 8 lbs weight loss by the end of January. I will get weighed Monday morning and post my weight, do I have to do anything else? Apart from follow the eating plan LOL.

Yay hello Liz, welcome aboard hun. Yeah just stick with the plan, and you will be fine. You don't have to tell us how much you weigh if you don't want, just post each week after weigh in with what you have lost, gained or if you have maintained.

I will put you down for 8lb.

Have you been doing Sw long? or are you just starting out? x
