Completely by accident and laziness before I shop in a few hours I was looking for something to 'put me on' til I made lunch. Get on this!!!!
Ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads are 6 for he aren't they? I had three left anyway. I topped them with Muller light strawberry flavour. Nice. Then I put two together, was a yoghurty sandwich and yoghurt brought out the ice cream cone flavour within the ryvita. Amazeballs.
I wonder if you can freeze Muller light as normal when making ice cream but instead, take it out earlier when it's still not rock hard, then making an ice cream sandwich with two crackerbreads top and bottom. Hmmmm
Well anyway the yoghurt crackerbread accident is a happy one.
