Well Everyone, Rachel, Anastazia and Jussy, thank you so much for your posts! I have really missed being on here and have not really been on here since Friday! I have so much to catch up on to see how you have all been doing?
So whilst I have not been on here I have been busy at work and had a busy weekend! I managed to secure 4 big deals at work which has really pleased the Directors! best week I have had in years!
On the diet front I have been doing a lot of thinking which is another reason I have not been on here as I had my weigh in early yesterday morning and weighted in at 11stone 5lb which means that I lost 3lb which I was pleased about! I did buy products but came back and had a long chat to my partner! Over the weekend so many people were saying to me you really need to stop (not my partner or kids they think I look better than i have ever done!) (I might add this is with clothes on, as I really have not faired well with the stretch marks and sagging skin)!
So with 5lb to goal I have made a decision that I hope will be the right decision! I had wanted to go up the steps but have decided that I am going to use up my products say 2 a day and eat a healthy diet this week introducing some healthy carbs, I am then going to go back to SW to see where I am next Thursday. I know that I am going to put a little bit as I will come out of Ketosis by introducing the carbs but I only have 5lb to lose and in my eyes it now or never! I am determined not to put on weight but if it means going to SW for the rest of my life then that is what I am going to do! I have worked too hard to get this weight off again that it is NEVER going back on!
This has not been an easy decision and the peoples comments are not going to stop me from achieving my goal of 11 stone! I just thought I have 5lb to lose if I continue to pay about £50 pound per week with my waterflavouring and mix a mousse I could be trying to lose the last 5lb going up the steps over a number of weeks! or I can take the bull by the horns and use up this weeks products over the next couple of weeks introducing healthy foods and good carbs this week and go back to SW on Thursday next week when hopefully my weight may have stabilised a little after coming out of Ketosis.
I am not sure what happens with my diary on here as I would love to stay in touch with you and I have not finished by journey yet! I will miss you all and want to see how you are all getting on and when you get to your goals! Or if I have to change over now to the SW forum? maybe someone could help me and let me know what I have to do?
Please dont be disappointed in me for my decision it has not been taken lightly and ideally I think I should have started the steps with a bit more weight to lose? I am going to see what I feel like at 11stone and go from there!
My partner took me out last night shopping and I brought some lovely clothes all size 12 which fit really nice! I did buy one dress as it looked too small in the 12 so I got the 14, but after getting it home I have to take it back as its too big! so I should have got the 12! this make me feel great!
So that where I am at the moment! Had my lemon bar for breakfast a Chili Soup for lunch and going to have a healthy meal tonight with a small amount of carbs!
I do look forward to hearing from you guys and am going to catch up with your posts now for the rest of my lunch hour! I will also try to come on tonight after I have my hair done to upload a picture if I manage to get my hair booked in!
