It's extra hard this week because it's my *week and I've felt terrible since around Wednesday. Tired, headachey and no appitite yet I still get really hungry

Had porridge for the first time in ages this morning, yummy, cinnamon added to make it seem like slushy apple pie, I sometimes add currents but we didn't have any in. It's a Weight Watchers recipe from when i did it with them, obviously changing the quanties for my Hex B, it's not actually that difference, I think they allow 30g's.
Better yet, I can't even exercise due to my low energy levels. I get tired and dizzy just cleaning. Having two days off plan this week and not being able to do more than 3 days exercise is going to really hit me hard I think... xxxxxxx
