Im having 2 red days after 2 green days, last week i done EE all week, but thought i was eating too many carbs because i could, the green days i throught was very easy as i am not a big meat eater, but i have stuff in the freezer that i need to use, so i thought doing red for 2 days will get rid of it, then i am going to do EE for 1 day, then back to green, so basically i am going to break my week up with all plans x
