Its kind of like the wendy plan some doing weight watchers made up some years ago, but a bit more lower calorie wise. So I added up the cals, and over a week its around 1500 a day. This is really starting to float my boat! lol I know I can do 3 low days a week, knowing the next day isnt.
Right now, I am needing something fresh, and yes its calorie counting, but with a twist. I also have some slim&save packs, and think the meal packs would fit in perfect with this. x
