It's good to be back too :)

Doing good today, sugar cravings are really kicking in now though! Staying strong and using various distraction techniques haha!

Day 2

Breakfast: Fat free natural yoghurt with passion fruit, wholemeal toast (B) with light butter (2 syns).

Lunch: Leftover beef stew and mash (1.5 syns) and a Curly Wurly (6 syns).

Dinner: Vegetable and chickpea curry with boiled rice.

Snacks: Coffees with sugar and skimmed milk (A and 3 syns), banana, spaghetti and a 'fried' egg.

Total syns: 12.5

Day 3

Breakfast: 2 tangerines and a coffee with skimmed milk and sugar (Some A and 1 syn).

Lunch: Wholemeal (B) sandwich with light butter (1.5 syns), ham and tomato with some cucumber and a banana.

Dinner: Leftover beef stew and mash (2 syns).

Snacks: Peppermint tea, coffee with skimmed milk and sugar (some A and 1 syn), fish sticks with carrot, cucumber and 1/2 tsp mayo (1 syn) and 1 tsp tomato sauce (0.5 syns).

Total syns: 7

Day 4

Breakfast: Porridge (B) with skimmed milk (Most of A, rest to use in coffees) with raisins and sultanas (2 syns).

Lunch: 2 tangerines.

Dinner: Charity Indian buffet meal - was good and only had one little bit of Naan, but obviously loads of syns in the rest of it! Not too worried as I'm straight back on plan tomorrow :)

Snacks: Banana and coffee with sugar (1 syn) and skimmed milk (rest of A).
 
Day 5

Breakfast: SW 'fry' up - 2 sausages (1 syn), 3 bacon medallions, beans, 'fried' potatoes, 'fried' mushrooms and tomatoes with tomato sauce (2 syns).

Lunch: Small jacket potato with light butter (1.5 syns), 20g cheese (Most of A) and a banana.

Dinner: Chicken Katsu curry (B for breadcrumbs and oil and 0.5 syns for apple) with boiled rice.

Snacks: Coffees with sugar (2 syns) and skimmed milk (rest of A), 2 quality street chocs (5 syns).

Total syns: 12

Day 6

Breakfast: Banana and toast (B and 1.5 syns for light butter).

Lunch: Leftover Katsu curry (2.5 syns for oil and apple) with boiled rice.

Dinner: Ilumi tender pork with Suffolk cider (3 syns guessed?!) with mashed potatoes (1.5 syns for butter) and broccoli.

Snack: Coffee with sugar and skimmed milk (1.5 syns), 5 prawn crackers (1.5 syns), mashed potato with 30g cheddar (A).

Total syns: 11.5

Day 7

Breakfast: Fat free natural yoghurt with 2 passion fruits and 1 tsp honey (1 syn).

Lunch: Roast chicken, cabbage, broccoli, roast potatoes, stuffing (2 syns) and gravy (1 syn).

Dinner: Nothing, lunch was late.

Snacks: Coffee with sugar and skimmed milk (1.5 syns), mini meringue nest (2.5 syns) with strawberries, 1/2 bar of the Green Quality Street (5 syns).

Total syns: 13

Thanks Gill :) I'm happy with how it's going for now! Struggling today as my Dad's just had to rush to the hospital so I'm very tempted to comfort eat :\

Day 8

Breakfast: Tangerine and a coffee (1 syn and bit of A).

Lunch: Tinned sardines on toast (B) with hot sauce and a banana.

Dinner: Chicken, cabbage,

Snacks: Strawberries, cherries, stuffing (1.5 syns) and chicken, strawberry mousse pot (5 syns), cheese crisps (A + 1/2A - rest of the other A drunk as milk).

Total syns: 7.5
