Wow Kay! This really is your baby! Thanx for all the guidelines.

It seems ive not quite done it correctly and am on day 6 today, been having carbs in my salads but not weighed them as I'm doing the SE. So on that note I may not have a fab loss, will carry on with what im doing though for the 7 days as I feel sooooo much better for it.

I've been doing the salads and water, but not got off my bum to do any body magic. Doing Red days so the only carbs I've been having are whatever is in Ryvita Hex B

Anyway, I am enjoying the salads, they're more convenient than I'd realised, so I might stick it out for a 2nd week.

Carbs- i had half homemade pizza for tea :/ ( saturday treat )
Water-2l of sf squash
Body magic- 30 min dog walk. 130 squat challenge
Syns- 10
Salad- chicken salad with balsamic dressing

Body magic- squat challenge, 1 hour gardening. Housework!

Salad- boiled egg salad


As im out for lunch and have tea planned. Im having salad for breakfast. Is this ok :/
And where is says carbs..im unsure wether to write carbs for the whole day or just what im using in the salad.

Body magic: 3hrs of fooling about on a bike (must count for something) although i spent more time on the floor!

Salad. Grilled pork chops passata, onion, aubergine and courgette. Threw them on top of a ready made tesco wild rocket salad.
 
Hi - I've not done the salad challenge today but will do it 2moro and Tues and Thurs which will be 7 days - realise this breaks the rules!

I did not have b'fast or tea today as we went out for lunch with my 84 year old mother in law who is very frail and my hubby's family, I had:

meat and veg - no potatoes, Yorkshire or gravy, mango parfait (ramekin size) 5 chocs out of a large box (pressie) shared the rest with the family - all gone!!
2.1L (I think) no exercise.

I had no salad yesterday, as I was sick all day and not able to eat v much. On other hand, everything I DID eat was on plan, so not too worried.

Back to salads today!

Salad- feta salad with a pickled egg for lunch. Then burger salad for tea. So two salads today!

Warm Salad - broccoli, cauli, potatoes, beet, frylighted onions & leeks, yellow pepper & balsamic

Carbs = breadfruit, ( in my mums soup)
Body magic = good walk 45 mins
Total syns = 11.5

Sunday 30/3/14

Day 6 salad challenge = fail could only get a side salad as part of spa break offer!
Water = 3L water & teas
Carbs = potatoes & wrap
Body magic = 45 min gym workout
Total syns = 28 shameful, sorry :(

Monday 31/3/14

Day 7 salad challenge = trout & egg salad
Water = 2L water & teas
Carbs = 0 :)
Body magic = 1hr aerobics
Total syns = 1

Salad challenge complete! :)

Will let Kay post the losses tomorrow but, not a bad one for me as I am a slow loser. I will continue for a 2nd week only because I have not done it as strictly as the challenge suggests, because Ive incorperated it into Sexpress days. Im very pleased with my results.

Im actually finding it really good and easy! Rather than debating with myself what to have for lunch..i know im having salad! Mixing it up helps. Even hubby is enjoying ut and has salad for his pack up this week!!
