Hey hub I know the feeling! I think it gets harder the closer you get to goal. You are looking and feeling great and I think it gets harder to say no to going out and socialising.

We just have to remember if we stick with this, we will be at goal in May, can't believe that!! I know for a FACT know that it will happen, when you have 7 stone to lose you doubt yourself but now there is no doubting... Just doing!!

You are doing so fab hun.... Race you to goal! Lol! X

Yeah, when I started this and thought j had about 7 stone to lose it just seemed impossible but the thought that we could both be there by may is amazing!!!!

I know, May seems so close now, we've done so well.

Have had a couple of wines tonight, dome popcorn, nuts and steak!! Harder as you get closer to goal to stay focussed and I can't let myself get away with the little extras just yet particularly because I'm not exercising.
 
Oohhh! Sounds like you've had a nice evening food wise! I'm struggling today.... Think I find the weekends hard as I'm less busy than in the week!!

I've been on mini's nearly all day trying to keep going and trying to keep motivated!!!!

I've still stuck to it, but it is certainly getting harder! I'm still not happy with my current weight, but knowing I can wear some size 12's makes it harder to continue! Do you know what I mean???

Are you exercising at all? If so, how you finding it?

Before I.started CD I always said I would be happy at being a size 16 and was.going to have a goal of 12 stone as that was the lightest I remembered being in my adult life. Now I know I want/can be a size 12 but as I am a 14/16 now it's easy to come a bit complacent and I think I have over the last few days and need to rein it back in.

You have done so well not to cave, I am so proud of you! You have put me to shame!

That's it now for me, let's encourage each other 100% all the way to goal :)

We've come so far and done so well there is no way we are falling at the last hurdle :) x

Yeah hopefully get to goal soon.... Was worried this morning as I collapsed in the shower, put a post on and lily came back, looks like I drank too much water last night and took out too many salts from my body!!! Won't be doing that again!!!

Gosh hun hope you are ok?! You take it easy and make sure you are taking care of yourself.

I've got a banging headache tonight but OH has gone to bed ill so I thought I would do some baking! Don't really bake as much as I would like and thought it would be a good hobby as long as I don't eat it!! Lol! So tonight I am baking an iced carrot cake and it smells lush!! Might be done and iced by 11 tonight so may have to wait until tomorrow for OH to sample it! Lol!

Going to make it a habit, really enjoyed it :)

Well done in your loss that it fab at this stage of the diet!! I think I will have my first sts this week due to yesterday but we'll see...

The last few days I have let the odd thing here and there creep in and I just can't afford to do that, I need to stay focussed. So here's to a complete 100% day :)

I'm sure you will do fine though, you have stuck to this so well for so long, you are obviously a very determined lady! =0)

What did your OH think of the carrot cake????

I also adore baking, but more than i enjoy baking, i enjoy eating what ive baked!!! so sadly i haven't baked for a while! really worried if i do, the smells, which i adore, will have meeting eating all the baked goodness in seconds!!! and that will ruin the diet!!!

Anyway, hopefully not to much longer for us now anyway.... i can't wait!!!

what are you planning to do once you've lost the weight? how do you plan to maintain?

Hey hun! I typed answer to this earlier and it's not posted :(

Other half loved the cake and so did everyone at work!!

I plan to calorie count and exercise again. I'll do jazzercise twice a week and will start running again, I ran 5k about 2-3 times a week even when I was 17 stone so I'm quite excited about giving it another go at 11 stone! Think I will be less restricted at the weekends and make up for it in the week. How about you?

Hey Theresa! We'll it turns out I couldn't bake with out tasting!! I tried and the shortbread and cheese scone!! Does this mean that I am still going to struggle to maintain or does it mean that I am getting a bit cocky or does it just mean that's what life is going to be like maintaining... You have a taste but that's it and u get straight back to healthy eating.... Mmmmm I wonder...

You are doing so fab, look forward to hearing how you get on tomorrow. Bet it'll be weird going back to eating and bet the portions will feel massive now!

Hi Rachel, Oh dear re baking! I suppose it could be either way! I think that you should not be such a good cook! on a serious note I know what you mean questioning yourself are you being a little cocky or are you going to struggle? that is a question i ask myself at the moment! I think if I am honest I am going to struggle for the rest of my life and need to remember that i need to retrain my brain! Come on hun we have worked too hard to become cocky and you are doing so well! we just need to remind ourselves at times how far we have come!

It is weird eating it kind of feels like I am cheating even though I am eating healthy foods and not in excess! I am following the SW diet from home until i go to class on Thursday!

Good luck for your weigh in tomorrow Rachel I will pop in to see how you get on? would'nt it be great if you could lose 4lb that would take you into the 12's!!! I am sure if its not this week Rachel it will be next week! and then before you know it you will be in the 11's and then its just a few pounds to goal!!! How fab have you thought of what you are going to do to celebrate to getting to goal!

I am going to buy myself a braclet and every year that I stay at goal I am going to buy myself a charm to put on it! This way I will have a visual reminder of how far I have come! I have not told my partner yet that this is my aim but I am going to enjoy looking for something really pretty and then plan the first charm!

So I lost 1lb this week. I expected this for two reasons..... 1, it's TOTM and I always seem to have a lower loss around that time due to water retention and 2, I've been picking at bits that I shouldn't! Not a lot just the odd bit here and there and I need to stop! Need to get to goal and be exercising again before I can start to think about having anything other than the CD plan!!

So next weigh in is next Saturday so I have 9 days to get back to 100% and have a great loss next week!!

I had a 1lb loss the other week... I'm sure the next one will be much bigger, paticularly after 9 days! x
