I know the birds eye beef in homestyle gravy is free but can't find this anywhere.
Morrisons own beef in gravy is free too

It's awful though. Really nasty, I threw mine away.

Does anyone know the syns of the simply heat frozen duck? I know the pancakes would be syns! But am Hoping the duck on it's own is free
